Do I need to code? +

No. Just install the EA we provide onto MT5 and paste your License, then set an alert in TradingView following the step-by-step guide.

Which brokers are supported? +

Any broker that runs MT5 — Vantage, Exness, IC Markets and more — as long as you can enable Allow WebRequest.

How fast are signals? +

The engine receives the webhook in ~30ms and opens orders in batches at ~280ms per order. The real ceiling is your ping to the broker.

What if a signal drops? +

The system auto re-queues. If the EA does not confirm within the timeout, the signal is resent so no order is lost.

Can I cancel? +

Yes, any month. The monthly plans have no lock-in — if you do not renew, access simply ends after the period.

When is human support available? +

Human support is available every day from 06:00 to 22:00 (Asia/Bangkok). AI can receive details 24/7, but this does not guarantee an immediate human response or a fixed response or resolution time.

How are refund requests handled? +

Every refund request for Starter, Pro, and Lifetime requires case-by-case human review. AI cannot approve, reject, or promise a refund. Please provide the order reference, purchase email, reason, and redacted evidence. Never send card details, OTPs, or passwords.

How do I pay? +

Whop securely handles checkout, receipts, affiliate commissions and payouts. Your License activates automatically after confirmation.
